Watch colourful yachts sail by as you sip your morning coffee on the private balcony off the main bedroom, or dine alfresco on the front deck within the privacy of your own garden. All villas are fully self contained with granite topped kitchen benches, luxury fittings and appliances, dishwasher, full cooking facilities and private laundry. There is a choice of two or three bedrooms. All villas have large private ground and 1st floor balconies with panoramic views of the river and scenic north shore. Most villas are air-conditioned and all have ceiling fans throughout. Television, video, sound system and direct dial telephones are provided. Internet access, E-mail and Facsimile service available at reception. The salt-water pool is temperature controlled to maintain a perfect subtropical temperature available all year round. All villas are provided with their own private remote controlled lockup garage with direct access to their villa, remote controlled security gate access to resort. A footbridge connects Villa Aqua to the yacht club and boathouse restaurant. The business centre, restaurants, trendy cafes, water taxi and boat hire services are a mere stroll down the leafy river bank walk. |
